Each 5mL contains:
Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) extract 1.7mL (from 850mg dry root).
Ribes nigrum (Blackcurrant) dry concentrate extract 70g (from 14g fresh fruit).
Olea europaea (Olive) liquid extract 800 microlitres (from 400mg dry leaf).
Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) fruit juice concentrate 500 microlitres.
Mānuka Honey 1.925g
In a base of Purified Water, Rubus idaeus fruit juice concentrate, Raspberry juice concentrate and thaumatin.

Dosage
Shake well before use.
Adults:
Take 5 mL up to 4 times daily.
Dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.

Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (eg Chamomile, Artichokes, Daisies) should take care when taking Echinacea due to possible allergic reaction.
Temporary harmless tingling in the mouth may occur immediately after taking, as a natural effect of high-quality Echinacea – this is normal and indicative of the quality and potency of Echinacea.
